Q: How does the request process work?

A: First, you fill out the contact form on the website. IntraTYPical will then contact you as soon as possible to receive any further required information. Of course, you can also send an e-mail or call us directly. When the request details are clear, you will receive a Quote, which you should accept in writing (via email). Once you have accepted the Quote, you will receive an Order Confirmation and your order will be executed.

Q: How do I pay?

A: After completion of an order, you will receive an Invoice on which IntraTYPical’s bank account number is included. You will be asked to transfer the money to said bank account within the agreed number of days (standard: 14).

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: The prices for IntraTYPical’s services depend on the type of service (SEO text, edit, translation or poem) and the number of words or hours.

Q: How can I contact IntraTYPical?

A: The best way to reach IntraTYPical is by filling out the contact form. IntraTYPical can also be reached via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, email (intratypical@outlook.com) or phone (+31 (0)6 186 075 30).

Q: Can I hire IntraTYPical as a freelancer at my company?

A: Yes, you can! Depending on the location (IntraTYPical is based in the Netherlands) and your requirements, an agreement can be negotiated. Please fill out the contact form and IntraTYPical will get back to you as soon as possible.

A: Yes. IntraTYPical can write about nearly every subject you can think of, and for a wide variety of audiences – from young children and lay people to technical experts and scientific professionals.

Q: Why does IntraTYPical offer poems as a service?

A: Granted, the poem service may seem like the odd one out, but here’s three main reasons to offer this service: 1) a poem is a fantastic way to convey any message in a few words and touch people’s hearts, 2) writing them is highly rewarding and 3) all recipients of personal poems have always been highly enthusiastic. Q: How does IntraTYPical handle personal data?

Q: Why do I need to provide my email address and phone number?

A: IntraTYPical needs your email address in order to send you a Quote, Order Confirmation and Invoice, and any messages for clarification of order details. IntraTYPical needs your phone number to be able to contact you quickly, if need be.

Q: Why do I need to provide the name of my company?

A: If you are an individual customer, you can leave this field blank. In case you are using the services of IntraTYPical for business purposes, the name of your company is necessary to know which company is using the services.

Q: Where does the name “IntraTYPical” come from?

A: “IntraTYPical” is derived from a made up word: “Intratypisch” (Dutch). Its meaning can be interpreted as outside the box, extraordinary, unique – which is exactly what IntraTYPical stands for. In addition, I write; I type.
